La Source processes your data, in whole or in part, for the following purposes:

  • The pursuit of La Source’s legitimate interests in the management and follow-up of its services

When La Source outsources any of the aforementioned processing activities to third parties, it ensures that arrangement is governed by a written contract containing provisions that give at least the same level of protection for personal data as that set out in this notice and that comply with the requirements of the requirements of Swiss data protection law.

La Source implements security measures in accordance with applicable Swiss data protection laws in force. These include technical and organisational data security measures designed to ensure an adequate level of protection in terms of confidentiality, integrity and availability of data, as well as the resilience of systems.

1.7 Data transfers

Your registration details may be transferred to La Source’s servers located outside Switzerland. Any transfers of personal data to a third country is made only where that country ensures an adequate level of protection or where equivalent safeguards are in place with Swiss data protection law.

2 Rights of data subjects

La Source wishes to ensure that you are fully aware of your rights as a data subject under applicable Swiss data protection law. You have the following rights in relation to your data:

  • To request the erasure or restriction of the processing of your personal data via our contact address, or to exercise your right to data portability through the same channel
