La Source has set dedicated 2,500 m2 to healthcare simulation at its Beaulieu premises. The simulated hospital is organised like a real hospital ward and includes spaces that faithfully replicate the interiors of flats for practising home care. The level of realism is striking and is evident both in the hospital environment and in the layout of these flats.
The simulated teaching hospital
Teachers staff and students have access to spacious, well-lit facilities, state-of-the-art equipment and spaces designed down to the smallest detail for learning, particularly through interaction with simulated patients.
The aim is to enable students to practise the skills, approaches and behaviours associated with nursing practice in conditions very similar to those they will encounter in their professional practice, with leeway to learn through mistakes and without any risk to patients.

Our simulated hospital and simulation centre enables students and professionals to practise complex clinical scenarios in a safe environment. High-tech manikins, simulated patients, treatment areas, apartments, clinical equipment and debriefing rooms enable a realistic environment where practices can be observed, analysed, corrected and perfected without any risk to patients.
Clinical assessments and examinations are also organised here, as part of a rigorous and safe progression process, in accordance with the fundamental principle:
